Felix Gutjahr has more than ten years of experience in IT security and is head of Cyber Defense Advisors at SECUINFRA. In his presentation, he will share practical insights from numerous SOC initiatives – from organizational and personnel challenges to technology and process issues. He will also shed light on service-based alternatives to internal SOC, common service models and key quality criteria when selecting external SOC services.
